The Healthcare and Cost Management (HCM) Analytics team partners with the Aetna and CVS Healthspire businesses to set data-driven strategies, build AI/ML/GenAI solutions that automate and augment operations, support the transformation of the healthcare industry for the members, patients, clients, and customers we serve. To better support our high-performing team, we are expanding our internal strategy and operations function. The Manager, Process Excellence role will direct and manage critical team processes, drive strategic projects, and enable our 250+ person organization to execute on our portfolio of initiatives. This role will report to the Chief of Strategy & Operations (Chief of Staff) for the HCM team and will own, drive, and continuously improve a diversified set of centralized processes. The scope of this role is to: * Implement and scale our federated engagement committee model including the charter, staffing and operating procedures, and deliverable templates * Own the roll-out of our internal change management strategy and training plan to help transition our team into a product-oriented organization * Assist with management of our $7M+ capital expenditure budget, understand drivers of budget overages, and identify opportunities to pursue when there is budget favorability * Jointly manage our operational metrics for success across the areas of team performance, productivity, and colleague engagement and drive strong YoY results * Develop and maintain internal communications including our HCM SharePoint site, Teams channel, onboarding materials, and townhall presentations * Build and own relationships with our PMO, Talent & Culture team, and other critical support partners to collaborate and coordinate cross-functional processes * Oversee our end-to-end talent pipeline from overseeing an effective, diverse and inclusive recruitment process to onboarding and retention strategies in partnership with our Talent Acquisition, Immigration Support Team, and HR partners *Required Qualifications* * 3+ years experience in a consulting, operations, or business support setting with exposure to strategic planning, financial analysis and modeling, and project/program management * High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and related productivity plug-ins (e.g., think-cell) * Demonstrates strong sense of ownership and accountability * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills *Preferred Qualifications* * 1+ years of direct experience in a healthcare setting (e.g., payor, provider) * Understanding of analytics-driven (AI/ML/GenAI) business solutions * Comprehension of the agile software development lifecycle and/or product management ideologies and frameworks *Education* * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business administration, Supply Chain management, or related discipline *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $69,300.00 - $152,600.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
