Position Summary: Caremark LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Hartford, CT: Manager, Product Management to analyze and coordinate the schedule, teams, and technical resources for assigned products. Duties include: provide technical leadership and project support for applications development and guide the work of technical staff on Analytics, Data Engineering, and Technology teams; assign responsibilities to project personnel developing innovative and automation solutions that improve application performance and incorporate best practices across teams; modify existing application software and architecture to correct errors, adapt to new hardware, or upgrade interfaces for product releases; confer with project personnel to respond to System, Application alerts, and Batch jobs issues, and perform root cause analysis to identify permanent fixes for repetitive issues in Cloud Platforms, services, and application workflows; confer with Systems Analysts, Engineers, Programmers, and others to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, determine performance requirements, and design systems and interfaces to meet organizational requirements; analyze application data and performance metrics to assess the impact of initiatives and implement ongoing process improvements; support applications, systems, and databases used to process prescriptions, claims, and related healthcare activities; collaborate with cross-functional teams on applications development, technical requirements, code review, project deliverables, quality assurance, and software development best practices; and mentor junior team members. Multiple positions. - Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires two (2) years of experience in each of the following: CI/CD, Jenkins, GIT, or DevOps; Java, Python, or Node.js; Agile methodologies or SAFe Software Development Principles; Cloud technologies: AWS or GCP; Traditional relational data warehouse technologies: Oracle, Teradata, or DB2; Business Intelligence reporting using Tableau and Splunk; Scheduler and orchestration tools: TIDAL or Maestro; Data operations and orchestration tools including Infoworks; and Providing domain support for Healthcare, Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM), and other providers to facilitate dataflow across applications. Pay Range: $121264.00/year to $196000.00/year.
