In this role you will be responsible for managing numerous complex programs and projects that may span multiple lines of business and/or have significant dependencies on other large projects. These projects are one-time, multitask jobs that have clearly defined start and end dates, a specific scope of work, a budget, required resources, and a specified performance objective to be achieved. Assignments are highly complex, have major associated risks with executive visibility, and can be sensitive or widely varied requiring proficient judgment in applying and adapting advanced project management techniques. Specific responsibilities include: * Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and in full compliance of CVS Health PMO SDLC processes. * Produce regular and thorough stakeholder communications. * Assist in the definition and documentation of project scope ensuring all relevant SMEs are engaged to produce competent and comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements. * Produce a detailed project plan and monitor and control activities to remain on plan. * Manage resource availability, allocation, and project financials. * Manage changes to scope, schedule, and cost in compliance with PMO SDLC processes. * Perform risk management assessment and ongoing review and mitigation. * Work within scope of authority to resolve project issues escalating when necessary. * Ensure required project artifacts are completed in compliance with PMO process and stored in the project repository. * Provide direction to project teams handling all aspects of project planning, requirements gathering, scheduling and work planning, communications, issue resolution, cost tracking, financial reporting and change management. * Interface regularly with business unit managers to define project direction and system change priorities. *Required Qualifications* 5+ years successful Program/Project Management of medium to large scale projects. *Preferred Qualifications* * Project Management certification * Health care, insurance, or pharmacy experience is a plus * Understanding of project and software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum etc. * Strong Microsoft Office (including MS Project) skills *Education: *Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline with information technology focus OR Equivalent Experience. *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $97,335.00 - $201,900.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
