This role reports to the Lead Director, HR Selection & Engagement, and will support the execution of the colleague engagement survey and listening strategy which incorporates colleague touchpoints through surveys (engagement, onboarding, exit, ad-hoc pulses, etc.) at key milestones in the colleague lifecycle. This Manager is a survey Subject Matter Expert (SME) with experience and knowledge in survey measurement and design, HR analytics, people science and engagement. This individual has an eye for detail, great consulting skills, great project management skills, and will help draw insights from survey results that can be shared with business leaders. They will help consult on survey best practices and will own the ongoing day-to-day support for HRPBs and leaders. This role can be very detailed and data oriented and require the manipulation of large volumes of data. This manager also has knowledge of the ethical and legal considerations for assessments/surveys, the science behind them, industry best practices and the predictive value of various solutions. At times, this role may support the validation and employment test development work for our employment testing program. ***This role will be classified as hybrid and will be filled in either Hartford CT, Woonsocket, RI or Boston, MA. * *Primary responsibilities:* * Support the planning and implementation of a colleague listening and life-cycle survey program; draw insights from both qualitative and quantitative survey data, summarize key outcomes, create results presentations for executives, communicate findings to leadership and make recommendations to inform key business decisions  targeting colleague engagement, employee satisfaction and productivity * Develop our ‘as-needed' survey program; includes consulting on and designing new surveys, sharing best practices with leaders, establishing project plans, training others and ensuring the strategic alignment of survey content with business requirements           * Provide expert consulting to HR partners and business leaders on specialized ‘people science' topics (e.g., DEI, culture, well-being), translating requests into research questions and creating engaging results presentations  to drive metrics-based business decisions and facilitate action-taking on survey results        * Develop, review and maintain survey program resources; this includes the scripting and creation of learning videos, developing a library of knowledge articles to support all types survey programs, and leveraging personal subject matter expertise to develop a set of trainings intended to elevate leader's ability to draw meaningful insights from survey data       * Manipulate and synthesize large volumes of data (upwards of 250,000 records) from different sources using Excel or Tableau; ability to think critically about data, support survey related HRIS integration work and troubleshoot missing or inconsistent information        *Required Qualifications* 5+ years in a similar industry *Education (Required):* Bachelor's Degree (Psychology or similar applied research field) or equivalent experience *Preferred Qualifications:*  Knowledge of: * Employment testing and EEOC Uniform Guidelines * Measurement of culture * Advanced skill in Excel for statistical analysis * Tableau and Project Management * Using Glint * Engage in C-Suite level executive conversations *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $63,300.00 - $139,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
