We are looking for a Manager to join our exciting team focused on driving growth through product and service offerings, to attract and retain pharmacy customers, with a focus on multicultural audiences. The Manager role is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to both marketing strategy and cross-functional areas across the organization, while leading the execution of integrated marketing plans to meet business goals. You will support the development of marketing strategy and plans for several business initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional business partners to gain a deep understanding of the consumer and provide thorough consumer and marketplace analysis to help develop breakthrough marketing ideas founded in consumer insights. *This position will be hybrid with anticipated in office days Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Candidates will be within a reasonable commuting distance to one of the following CVS HUBS: Woonsocket, RI., Hartford, CT, Wellesley, MA., or New York, NY * *Specific Responsibilities* * Support the overall marketing strategy for multicultural consumer segments, helping to reach and engage new audiences to build long-term growth for the business * Contribute to pharmacy marketing on-site digital and CRM communications strategy, continuing to support efforts to be more consumer-obsessed by providing relevant content to the right people at the right time * Assist in the development of marketing plans, leveraging consumer insights and data to inform the mining and prioritization of consumer messaging that will drive brand awareness, consideration, and preference * Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for CVS * Lead development and execution of campaign deliverables across paid, owned and earned channels, including maintaining marketing project schedules and status reports * Establish strong relationships and closely collaborate with internal and external business partners including CVS Digital, Rx Operations, Corporate Communications, Enterprise Insights, Media, Creative, Legal, Analytics and agency partners * Leverage analytics reports and tools to measure success, identify learnings and continually optimize marketing activities * Assume accountability for smaller scale projects from managing timelines and gaining internal approvals to invoicing * Manage annual budget, partnering with finance and business partners to ensure timely and accurate payment and reporting * Proactively self-educate around retail and marketing industry trends to identify best practice new opportunities for CVS *Required Qualifications* * 5 years of marketing experience, with exposure to broad range of integrated marketing tactics and paid, owned and earned media channels * 1 year of experience working with multicultural consumer segments * Must be fluent in both English and Spanish * 1 year of experience and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, word and PowerPoint *Preferred Qualifications* * Experience in brand marketing * Experience in retail marketing * Self-motivated, high-capacity, flexible individual * Excellent communication skills * Strong comfort with managing multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment * Keen attention to detail and steadfast intellectual curiosity * Proven ability to work collaboratively with and to influence cross-functional partners * Ability to navigate a complex, matrixed organization * Act as an independent self-starter and provide thought leadership with immediate team, partners, and organization leaders *Education* * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience ( 4 years) *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $63,300.00 - $152,600.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
