Collaborates cross-functionally with Informatics, Part D Product SMEs, Part C Product SMEs, and supports Medicare local markets. Participates and manages CMS Rx bid process from beginning to end. Participates as a team member and serves as subject-matter-expert responsible for accurately interpreting CMS guidance and HPMS software. Accountable for knowledge sharing with Informatics team responsible for software coding. *Required Qualifications* Must have in-depth knowledge of Medicare regulatory environment. Well versed in pharmacy benefits and PBM functions and have a minimum of 2- 3 years of related working knowledge of Part D products and services. Working ability and attention to detail to identify and recommend business requirements, technical and process changes with focus on compliant and accurate bid submissions as well as implementation activities. Advanced Microsoft office suite experience (database management, query and excel). Experience working and communicating in a highly matrixed environment. *Preferred Qualifications* This position is an opportunity to partner with Aetna Medicare colleagues in a fast-paced environment across multiple teams within Aetna Medicare and Caremark. The ideal candidate will proactively manage assignments independently and cross functionally to include but not limited to: CMS bid planning and submission, post-bid activities and reporting, tracking deliverables, communicating with cross functional areas and providing insight, technical interpretation and input for requirements and processes. Must be able to understand data sets and identify technological efficiencies within Medicare Part D bid development and submission processing. Position serves as a Part D subject matter expert supporting end to end Part D Product operations efforts including bids, implementation, benefits, reporting and analysis. 2-3 Years Medicare Part D Experience; 1-2 years reporting and/or data set experience. Must be well-organized, self-starter, independent and motivated. Equally comfortable working independently and as a team player, sharing knowledge and experiences, as well as incorporating feedback into deliverables. Strong decision making and analytical skills. Ability to turn agreed upon actions into deliverables. *Education *Bachelors degree in an appropriate area of knowledge (e.g., health care, business administration, IT, etc.) *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $54,300.00 - $152,600.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
