Individual will be responsible to design, develop and support FileNet P8 Components, applications, configuration, and support of High Availability of ECM applications FileNet P8 suite in the CVS Health FileNet infrastructure. *Fundamental Components:* Becoming part of FileNet P8 COE, responsible for designing and building ECM, Document management and Business Process Management solutions/applications based on IBM FileNet P8 at CVS Health This position will also entail the individual to closely working with an offshore team and streamline the support processes of IBM FileNet P8 based applications in highly demanding environment. Good exposure in developing/supporting FileNet application in a complex environment includes but not limited to APIC, IIB and other web services integration *Required Skills:* * Must have minimum 8 years of hands-on development/support experience with IBM FileNet P8 5.2 (and above) suite of products including but not limited to FileNet Content manger, Business Process Manager * Must have at least 5 years of hands on experience with customizing and administering IBM Content Navigator with FileNet P8 * Good hands on development experiences in developing REST SOAP Web Services integrating with ECM repositories like FileNet * Minimum 5 years of experience in FileNet Administration P8 5.x on Linux environment. * Knowledge and working experience in IBM Content Navigator, ICI and CeBIT (CE Bulk Importer Tool) * At least 5 years in develop software applications in J2EE using FileNet P8 CE/PE APIs *Roles and Responsibilities*: * Design, implement and administer FileNet P8 (5.5.1. +) object stores, document classes, search templates. * Develop automation tools for better productivity in the ECM area and support of day to day activities * Lead/ assist in the Design, Implementation, Administration, and Maintenance of High Availability, Load Balancing, and Disaster Recovery in FileNet infrastructure. * Monitoring ECM systems performance and recommend improvements/ changes. * Support and administration of the existing ECM infrastructure * Act as liaison between FileNet team and other integration services like REST Services, IIB, APIc etc * Performs ongoing system maintenance, research, problem resolution and on-call support for the and FileNet P8 systems. * Independently works on small and large moderately complex project that require increased skill in multiple technical environments and disciplines. * Experience in Document Capture tools like IBM DataCap will be huge plus * Experience working with Offshore team of resources and able to support in weekends and off-hours on call support as required *Preferred Skills:* * Experience with Web UI development a plus * IBM DB2 Database knowledge * WebSphere administration knowledge a plus * Good knowledge and exposure to Json, Dojo and other scripting. * Linux scripting Shell Scripting PowerShell or any monitoring scripting knowledge * Good knowledge/experience working in ND WAS environment for FileNet P8 * Experience and good knowledge in developing Records Manager and Workflow/BPM application using FileNet P8 Process Engine/IBM Case Foundations /IBM Case Manager *Minimum Education Level:* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $92,700.00 - $185,400.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
