We want everyone who works at CVS Health to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make health care more personal, convenient and affordable. *Producer/Director*, *CVS Health Media Production Group* CVS Health is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented* Producer/Director* to work with the CVS Health Media Production Group.   This individual is highly organized, self-efficient and motivated, capable of navigating multiple simultaneous projects with a precise method of communication.   This role would report into the Head of Production. *Responsibilities:* * Oversee singular events as producer for internal productions such as Town Halls, Studio productions, Podcasts and more  * Execute technical direction for live streaming and live-to-tape productions * Lead production team during studio and field productions * Conduct interviews with on-air talent, connecting story points and threads * Lead communication as main point of contact with internal clients * Lead post-production efforts as Post Producer * Act as ‘one-man-band' production unit for smaller productions or lead group of production professionals for larger productions * Demonstrate technical ability to troubleshoot and understand video workflow within CVS Health * Communicate and interface directly and professionally with executive level colleagues, internal and external team members and third-party vendors on various levels of production needs * Collaborate with production teams on financially responsible solutions for producing and executing content * Proactively seek new methods and technologies to best meet the constant production and technical needs of a growing studio production team *Required Qualifications*: * 8+ years of experience of Producing, Directing and Technical Directing while working within a studio production environment *Preferred Qualifications*: * Proficient and knowledgeable in technical directing on equipment such as a NewTek Tricaster * Expertise and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere * Knowledge and ability to create creative and engaging on-screen graphics * Ability to communicate effectively with production crews, personnel as well as on-air talent * Journalistic and creative approach to storytelling in a visual medium * Knowledgeable in multiple styles of production (studio, ENG, live, multi-cam, virtual) * Knowledgeable and experience in all phases of video production, pre through post * Ability to stay focused and on task while managing multiple projects * Strong interpersonal, written and communication skills *Education*: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $97,335.00 - $201,900.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
