Job Description
This is full time hourly position located in the Workers' Compensation Department at the CVS Finance Center in Cumberland, RI. This position is responsible for the daily oversight of restricted duty claims to ensure colleagues are properly progressing with work restrictions. This position also oversights workers' compensation claims for our monopolistic states and submits Workers' Compensation wage requests to CVS payroll. This position will require frequent communication with various stakeholders.

• Maintain a diary of all restricted duty claims and manage file until transitioned to the CVS Analyst.
• Process all wage requests from the TPA.
• Complete any tasks that are required for our monopolistic workers' compensation claims.
• Act as a liaison between the injured colleague and the TPA as it relates to restricted duty claims.
• Communicate daily with the following CVS personnel: Injured colleagues, Location Management, Reasonable Accommodations, Colleague Relations, Leave of Absence, Safety, Distribution, Labor & Employment and workers' compensation Analysts.
• Interact with TPA claims examiners, workers' compensation vendor business partners and medical providers.
• Resolve conflicts in relation to all restricted duty workers' compensation claims issues. Identify claims needing further investigation by TPA or that need to be round tabled internally.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 17.00
Maximum: 27.90

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications
• 1+ years' experience with Excel, Word, Outlook (diary management)

Preferred Qualifications
• Workers' compensation claims knowledge
• Ability to work with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure follow-up diary items are completed.
• Proven ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

High school diploma or G.E.D.
