Job Description
This role will support centralized actuarial functions on the Aetna Funding Advantage (AFA) Pricing & Performance team. Function as a subject matter expert on the new business rating tools, driving improvements to the efficiency and accuracy of these processes.

Demonstrate understanding of the AFA product, pricing of the components of the overall rate level, and case-level rating within the AFA rating engine. Collaborate with the market-facing actuaries as well as the team members working on the other core AFA pricing processes.

Maintain the new business rate review tools, focusing on data integrity and clear communication of results. Show creativity in continually identifying, recommending, and implementing enhancements to the pricing workflow.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1 year of actuarial experience.
Strong communication skills.
Strong excel skills.
