The Senior Business Analyst for Enterprise Third Party Risk Management (ETPRM) will manage analyzing, designing, and documenting business processes and data flows across program processes and systems with a focus on process efficiency and workflow/data synchronization across all program components. The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with the core ETPRM team, as well as teams from supporting risk domains to enhance processes and data flows, ensuring alignment on workflow and data with all relevant program teams. This role will also take part in assessing process breaks to identify root cause and define proper remediation plans. The Senior Business Analyst will be an integral member of the ETPRM focused on system enablement and data integration across systems. Added responsibilities will include: * Fostering relationships and communication with risk partners and key stakeholders to ensure technical requirements are documented and implemented in support of efficient ETPRM operations and effective data management. * Supporting implementation of new or enhanced ETPRM capabilities, including end-end testing of new functionality, documentation and training, including support for Risk SME requirements. * Aiding with enhancing current ETPRM system operations related to inherent risk assessments, specialized risk domain due diligence, and risk mitigation activities. * Working with confidential and sensitive matters with a high degree of integrity and discretion on all levels * Effectively and efficiently respond to time-sensitive requests from all levels and departments within the organization. *Required Qualifications:* * Minimum 3 years professional work experience in business or systems analysis * Minimum 2 years drafting system configuration requirement documents and implementation activities *Preferred Qualifications:* * Experience with Aravo, Archer, and other GRC systems * Knowledge of Enterprise Third Party Risk Management processes * Self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively * Analytical thinker, with problem identification and resolution skills, and a customer focused mindset * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to balancing high volumes with high priority and high impact items *Education:* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $43,700.00 - $117,400.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
