We want everyone who works at CVS Health to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make health care more personal, convenient and affordable. *Position Summary* As part of the Trade Relations Team, you will support a group that plays an important role in reducing the costs of goods for our clients and helping to make pharmaceuticals more accessible. The Senior Analyst works with multiple internal and external stakeholders to generate, red-line, and prepare contract documents for signature as part of finalizing CVS Caremark' negotiated Rebate agreements with pharmaceutical manufacturers. In this role you will work on a variety of document types and across many contracted relationships. The Senior Analyst will also track document status and work with the team to prioritize documents based on multiple considerations. An ideal candidate will have experience with contract support and document redlining in Microsoft Word as well as familiarity with the pharmacy benefit management space.  Someone who is detail oriented, can think critically, and has the utmost integrity. These contracts must accurately reflect CVS Caremark's current business strategies and must have approval from all respective business units, in accordance with the Contract Review and Approval Process SOP and all current regulatory requirements.  This position reports to the Senior Manager – Contract Operations helping to implement and coordinate various team initiatives at the request of the Manager. *Duties & Responsibilities:* * Working with document redlines and ensuring version control of assigned contracts * Gain familiarity with our standard contract language as well as develop the ability to write, draft, and suggest modified language * Tracking status of assigned contracts and ensuring timely contract execution * Maintains a collaborative, effective relationship with internal stakeholders, Trade Relations colleagues, and pharmaceutical manufacturers * Discussing and work with internal stakeholders on contract language and provisions. * Work with manufacturer account representatives and/or legal counsel on contract language changes. * Responsible for the review and accuracy of  the final documents and ensuring all proper internal approvals are obtain prior to submitting the contract for signature. *Required Qualifications* * 3+ years of contract support or interpretation experience * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word * Superior critical thinking and problem solving skills *Preferred Qualifications* * 3+ years of PBM, pharmaceutical manufacturer, or relevant healthcare experience that includes general knowledge of the pharmaceutical space * Comfortable in a fast paced, deadline driven environment while ensuring quality and accuracy * Ability to manage multiple complex agreements simultaneously and identify, assess and elevate critical issues * Possesses effective communication skills, writing ability, attention to detail, solution oriented, with good organizational skills. *Education* * Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $43,700.00 - $102,000.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
