Develops and implements strategic project plan to achieve business goals. Proactively leads project and/or business by setting direction of project, creating project plan, timeline identifying key milestones and additional resources needed on selected project(s). Identifies gaps and recommends enhancements related to new and/or existing products, services and workflows based on broad view of the organization. Solicits and evaluates internal and external customer feedback to enhance continuous quality improvement. Ability to lead group facilitation/presentations and influence various internal (these may be cross-functional/segment) and external parties (e.g., regulators, auditors, etc.). Identifies issues that may stall project and addresses them by either resolving the issue or creating an alternative solution. Tracks progress and communicates project(s) status on a regular basis to all impacted parties. Builds communication plans for implementation to ensure all impacted parties (up stream/down stream) are informed of next steps for completion. Acts as an advocate for change may require influencing others to see the value in project, including managing interpersonal sensitivities and articulating the strategic view to ensure project alignment. May also support the review of member facing plan material and facilitate approval with State regulators. *Required Qualifications* Proven ability to affect change/interpersonal skills Past positions required acting a project lead and directing a team Proven communication skills both written and verbal Proven track record in meeting project milestones and negotiating for resources. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management Medicaid and/or Medicare Regulatory Experience *Preferred Qualifications* Regulatory Audit Experience *Education* BS/BA or equivalent experience in project or audit management *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $67,900.00 - $174,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
