Position Summary As a senior manager in Strategic Planning within Marketing Operations on our CVS Health business, you'll be partnering with your team and extended teams to create efficiencies for the marketing organization that prioritize value.   You'll be helping to pave the way through an organizational transition. Building, documenting, monitoring process and tools as well as, developing and maintaining reporting.  Alongside a team of resource managers, process experts, and reporting analysts, you will help position us for success by enhancing existing capabilities and fully supporting our internal marketing agency.  We know that you are a thought starter who encourages change and creates simplicity. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Partnering with marketing extended teams to fully understand the business and help identify process challenges and make improvements while staying focused on what's driving business value.  Key thought partner in efforts to enhance organizational structure, create a methodology to review process opportunities, and keep our internal agency working efficiently towards our KPIs.  Creating ongoing process improvements and team training to gain/maintain efficiencies while improving cross-team goals and effectiveness.  Developing real-time reporting to share critical success metrics and help support the working teams in prioritization and decision making. Required Qualifications * 7+ years of experience enhancing and optimizing processes, ideally in the marketing space * 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, portfolio or project management disciplines * 4+ years of strategic planning and operations experience * Experience automating processes in tracking tools, such as Marketing Resource Management technologies (i.e. WorkFront) or similar * Understanding of Lean processes and/or Agile (and scrum) methodologies. * Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications * Advanced knowledge of marketing asset production, workflows, timelines * Strong comprehension and knowledge of project management best practices * Understanding of portfolio management - collecting, managing, and reporting on portfolio details * Defining and utilizing key analytics & reporting that will help drive operational excellence * Ability to problem solve, identify root causes of obstacles, and create operational change * Skilled collaborator and influencer - drives progress through ideas, relationships, and actions * Business process improvement & implementation experience (in Marketing space) * Experience in change management best practices and communications * Finds common ground and acceptable alternatives that satisfy the needs of multiple stakeholders * Seeks, evaluates and applies best practices from inside and outside CVS Health to drive meaningful and impactful solutions * Works with ambiguity and complexity to take calculated risks to solve problems, forge new paths for growth and achieve challenging goals * Works collaboratively to create clear goals, accountabilities and outcomes * Holds self and colleagues accountable for delivering results * Is adept at working within the realities and constraints of the organization, understanding when to work within an existing framework sand when to push for change Education Bachelor's degree required, preferably with a concentration in marketing or business *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $79,200.00 - $190,700.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
