In this high impact leadership role, you will collaborate with senior leadership to align training strategies with business goals and workforce development plans. You will analyze training metrics, assess skill gaps, and make data-driven decisions to optimize training programs. Participates in talent development, succession planning, and identifying training opportunities for employee career growth. What you will do: * Develops a comprehensive training strategy aligned with the organization's goals and future training needs to successfully enhance the organization's competitive advantage. * Develops training programs, curriculum, and content to address identified skill gaps and ensure the organization's learning objectives are achieved. * Manages the entire training program portfolio, including technical skills training, leadership development, onboarding, compliance training and other learning initiatives. * Administers training evaluations and assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs, subsequently making improvements based on feedback and data analysis. * Selects and implements best-in-class learning management systems and innovative training technologies to drive the success of training initiatives. * Integrates various training delivery methods, including in-person, virtual, e-learning and blended approaches to cater to diverse learning preferences and organizational needs. * Collaborates with HR and talent management teams to identify high-potential employees and create development plans that foster talent growth and support succession planning. * Facilities the professional development of the training team, encouraging continuous learning and skill enhancement. * Contributes to the development of a skilled and motivated workforce by ensuring employees have the necessary tools to succeed in their roles. *Required Qualifications* * 5 - 7 years related work experience * Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills * Adept at business intelligence related to end user preferences * Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills * Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills *Preferred Qualifications* * 5+ years of leading training teams * 7 - 10 years in a training related role *Education* * Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $75,400.00 - $166,000.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
