The successful candidate will primarily support the Sales/Sales Support and Plan Sponsor Services business teams by providing CPQ level 1 case support assistance. May also involve interaction within PD&I, Product, IT Application Development, and Underwriting. Will have responsibility for leading/managing all aspects of case support activities for assigned regions, such as planning, coordination, development and implementation. Ensures the end state of the business operation meets business objective(s) and that all deliverables and due dates are met. Highly collaborative process which often requires managing relationships across multiple functional areas.
-Identifies issues that may stall a quote strategy's installation and addresses them by either resolving the issue or triaging to other CPQ case support levels
-Identifies gaps and recommends enhancements related to new and/or existing products, services and workflows based on broad view of the organization
-Solicits and evaluates internal and external customer feedback to enhance continuous quality improvement
-Group facilitation/presentation influencing various internal parties (these may be cross-functional/segment)
-Tracks progress and communicates case support status on a regular basis to all impacted parties
-Acts as an advocate for change which may require influencing others to see the value in CPQ functionality, including managing interpersonal sensitivities and articulating the strategic view to ensure auto-case installation alignment
-Familiarity with the new business and renewal business Sales/Underwriting and Case Installation processes.
-Detailed product and benefit experience/knowledge.
-Knowledge of Aetna quoting applications (AQC,CPQ,CCFE) and PERS/BPLVs is preferred.
