Service advocates are a library of knowledge that assist CSR's with questions and workflow's they are struggling with while on active calls. The service advocate is expected to be able to find and educate CSR's while during these phone calls and provide accurate and timely support. Employee's in this roll may also support member directly if they become escalated and will be responsible for de-escalating and resolving the members concern.   *Required Qualifications* Ability to creatively solve members' problems and have the desire to help and advocate for them * Problem solving with demonstrated ownership qualities * Demonstrated empathy, compassion and listening skills * Demonstrate ability to de-escalate situations * Demonstrated skills to multitask and problem solve * Able to navigate policy's and workflows *Preferred Qualifications* * Window based application intermediate skills * Previous experience in working with members on escalated issues * Effective communication and documentation skills * Ability to quickly learn new skills and apply them * Knowledge of Quickbase * Knowledge of Microsoft Excel * Medicare experience preferred   *Education* High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $29.88This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.     In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
