You will be responsible for configuring and optimizing ServiceNow Discovery to accurately and efficiently identify all assets and configuration items within our IT infrastructure. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that our ServiceNow platform is fully integrated with our IT environment, providing comprehensive visibility and accurate data for effective IT management and decision-making. Additionally, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, staying abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in IT discovery and configuration management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in IT discovery and configuration management to enhance our organization's IT operations and decision-making processes. If you are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for leveraging technology to drive business outcomes, we encourage you to apply for this position. *Required Skills:* 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management and configuration. 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery, including configuration, tuning, and troubleshooting. *Preferred Skills:* Additional certifications in ITIL, networking, or related areas are a plus. ServiceNow certification (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer) a plus ServiceNow certification in Discovery or other relevant areas (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist). Experience with ServiceNow MID Server deployment and management. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components such as servers, networks, databases, and applications. Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python. Experience with IT asset management and configuration management databases (CMDB). Familiarity with ITIL principles and practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of network protocols and technologies (e.g., SNMP, WMI, SSH). Experience with data normalization and reconciliation processes. Understanding of cloud computing technologies and architectures. Experience with integration technologies such as REST API and SOAP.
