We want everyone who works at CVS Health to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make health care more personal, convenient and affordable. *Position Summary* This role in the APMO Customer Care/Vendor Management Operations (VMO) will be responsible for, but not limited to: •  Provide support/feedback as a team member on APMO initiatives •  Preform quality assurance and validation tasks on reports and APMO initiatives. •  Prepare and run reports using Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint. •  Produce new and update existing documentation (process flows, standard operation procedures) using Word, OneNote, SharePoint, and Visio. •  Administrative and operations support on determining SLA's and meeting SLA's and reporting on meeting them. •  Provide support and perform quality customer service in chatassistance and other internal tools. •  Assess and evaluate processes and make recommendations on how to improve and automate. •  Provide support to end users for issues they have with Automated Solutions, N ID creation and set up.     *Required Qualifications* •  1-3 years of related experience with customer support, internal business operations, or reporting operations. •  Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook •  Familiarity with MS SharePoint   •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills •  Ability to work with a flexible work schedule as needed •  Ability to be a self-starter and perform tasks within tight time constraints •  Excellent customer support skills *Preferred Qualifications* * Familiarity with MS office, SharePoint and Visio. * Experience with project management or within a project management organization *Education* Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required. *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $43,700.00 - $107,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
