The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for supporting the development and engagement of our workforce. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to talent management. *What you will do: * * Establish and maintain an organized team inbox for efficient communication and task management. * Prioritize and delegate incoming inquiries and requests as necessary. * Generate regular reports on employment assessments, highlighting key insights and trends. * Set up and maintain Microsoft Teams channels to facilitate collaboration and communication within the team. * Develop and optimize channel structure to enhance efficiency and accessibility of information. * Contribute to the maintenance of a project tracker to monitor progress and deadlines. * Update project statuses, milestones, and dependencies as needed. * Collaborate with other TM project managers. * Act as the primary contact for inquiries on language assessments. * Support the implementation of language proficiency processes and initiatives. * Review documents and presentations to ensure accuracy, clarity, and grammatical correctness. * Provide feedback and edits to enhance the quality of written materials. * Manage user access to engagement survey tools, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are included. * Troubleshoot any technical issues related to survey tool access. * Monitor the Voices engagement survey mailbox, responding to inquiries and triaging requests. * Collaborate with team members to address feedback and address survey-related issues. * Ensure all policy documents are up-to-date, accurate, and accessible to relevant stakeholders. * Coordinate with relevant departments to implement policy changes and updates. * Collaborate across HR on Talent Management related projects and initiatives as needed. * Act as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination. *Required Qualifications:* * 3+ years of experience in talent management, human resources, marketing, or related field. * Bachelor's degree required in HR, Business Administration or related field OR equivalent experience. *Preferred Qualifications:* * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Experience with survey tools and project management tools is a plus. *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $43,700.00 - $107,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
