We want everyone who works at CVS Health to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make health care more personal, convenient and affordable. *Position Summary* Serve as the Data Product Manager for a healthcare decision support solution which includes expertise in healthcare claims data, healthcare calculations and methodologies such as episode grouping and predictive modeling. Participate in Agile/Scrum development activities as a Product Owner. Responsible for determining and prioritizing feature enhancements including soliciting feedback from internal and external stakeholders, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, writing behavior-based testing scenarios and other product owner responsibilities. Lead meetings with business stakeholders, development, and operations regarding the feature backlog. Write documentation describing data model approaches for new or existing functionality and communicate product management strategy to internal staff and clients. Serve as Product Owner and provide support for significant product management initiatives. Will independently manage midsize product enhancements/features including data model and calculations. Demonstrate product management skills, with knowledge of product and systems. Travel as needed up to 10% *Required Qualifications* * 3-5 years of experience with healthcare data sources including medical claims, pharmacy claims, membership/enrollment information, care management program data, health risk assessment data, disability data, episodes of care. * Previous experience in retrospective, claims-based health analytics, plan sponsor reporting and in the application of industry standard healthcare calculations and methodologies including but not limited to health cost, price, utilization, and quality analytics. * Solicit and document all business requirements and write all user stories, personas, and acceptance criteria for new or to enhance existing methodologies. * Responsible for maintaining team/feature backlog and data standardization, soliciting feedback from clients, assisting with product strategy, competitive analysis and working collaboratively with development, engineering, and data operations. * The product manager will participate in the Agile/Scrum development process as a Product Owner. * Communicates product features and fundamental components to the organization that reflects the product and responds to the needs of various “stakeholders” (i.e., employees, customer). * Represents product strategy in cross functional product development activities. * Collaborates with market segments to develop and implement plans to achieve segment product strategies. * Ensures that product is designed, developed, implemented, and maintained from a business/customer point of view. * Maintain the master data model configuration by applying updates to support new product enhancement requests and promoting to environments. * Provide guidance to support to help address data model related questions. *Education* Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience may be considered. *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $75,400.00 - $166,000.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
