We want everyone who works at CVS Health to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make health care more personal, convenient and affordable. *Position Summary* The Sr. Manager, Project Management position will lead the planning and delivery of multiple, complex projects or programs that impact multiple processes, systems, functions and products withing HDMS, Healthspire and the broader CVS Enterprise. Length of projects may run multiple years in duration.  Projects can include technical (application development and IT related activities) or non-technical (Change Management, Business Process Improvement) as well as Client facing opportunities including new Client On-Boarding and disengagement projects. *Key Accountability and Skillsets Include:* * Leads program/project management efforts including meeting with key stakeholders to document requirements, scope of work, objectives, and success criteria. * Create project plans that identify tasks, resources, dependencies, durations and risk factors. * Manage scope, budget and delivery throughout the program lifecycle and manage change requests effectively. * Report to Leadership and Sr. Leadership on the status of project work, risk factors, dependencies and deliverable timelines. * Facilitate Client facing meetings, cross-functional project team meetings and collaborative working sessions as needed to ensure success of each project/program. * Willing and able to escalate issues and risks as appropriate to ensure transparency. * Delivers projects based on Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid approaches, ability to coach others in these approaches. * Supports and leads efforts to establish PMCoE (Project Management Centers of Excellence) best practices and continuously looks to improve PMO related processes & procedures. * Strong background in contract management and legal review process for healthcare data sharing and related agreements. * Able to pay close attention to detail, while also recognizing the impact of project work on broader business strategies and objectives. * Comfortable speaking with and presenting to technical and non-technical teams alike, across all levels of the organization. * Collaborative and supportive with co-workers and willing to jump in when needed to address gaps in capacity or bandwidth. *Required Qualifications* * 5-8 years of program/project management experience with a proven track record of meeting project milestones. * Excellent organization, communication, presentation, motivation, and negotiation/persuasion skills required. * Proficiency in a variety of PM tools including JIRA. * Proficiency with MS Office and other business applications including MS Teams, Excel, SharePoint and Visio. *Preferred Qualifications* * Comfortable in a Client facing role and able to easily build trust and strong working relationships. * Healthcare data analytics and/or healthcare related experience preferred. * Business development and consulting experience preferred. *Education* Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required. *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $79,200.00 - $174,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
