Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and challenges, and identify opportunities for leveraging AI technologies. - Conduct in-depth research on AI techniques, algorithms, and tools, and stay updated with the latest advancements in the field. - Translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa, ensuring effective communication between business and technical teams. - Define and document business processes, workflows, and data models to support AI projects. - Conduct feasibility studies and analyze costs and risks associated with AI project implementation. - Use data analysis techniques to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can drive business decision-making and improve efficiency. - Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to develop AI models and algorithms that address business requirements. - Perform thorough testing and validation of AI solutions to ensure their accuracy, reliability, and scalability. - Monitor the performance of deployed AI models and provide recommendations for their improvement and optimization. - Provide guidance and support to the development team during the implementation phase. - Stay updated with the ethical and legal implications of AI technologies, ensuring compliance with regulations and ethical guidelines. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the AI or related field. - Strong understanding of AI concepts, techniques, and technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and deep learning. - Proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics. - Experience with business process modeling and workflow analysis. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and strategically. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. *Position Summary* Please replace this section with the Job Summary *Required Qualifications* Please replace this section with the Required Job Qualifications *Preferred Qualifications* Please replace this section with the Preferred Job Qualifications *Education* Please replace this section with the Education Requirements *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $75,400.00 - $166,000.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
