Job Description
Responsible for financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting and planning functions to support the Kidney Care business, including long-range planning model, new product models and support of business development projects.

The Sr. Manager will perform and manage advanced financial modeling to support newly launched Kidney Care business within the Transformation portfolio. The individual will manage processes to monitor key drivers to achieve business goals and is responsible for performing and coordinating financial modeling for the long-range plan, new products and business development projects.

The Sr. Manager participates in and may lead multi-functional projects. The individual will evaluate, analyze, and present financial information relative to plans and goals, benchmarks, and other data to Management and provide forecasting estimates to assist in future budgeting and resource requirements.

This position can sit in Hartford, CT, Cumberland, RI or Greater Boston

Required Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years related accounting/financial experience, healthcare finance a plus
• Minimum 5 experience with business planning, accounting and/or financial analysis
• Minimum of 2 years of advanced financial modeling experience

Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience leading a project team
• Investment banking and valuations
• Advanced degree in Business, and/or FSA/CPA

Bachelor's Degree required
