We are seeking a highly motivated individual who will establish a clear vision aligned with company values and team goals. The claim Supervisor works with staff to align daily processing activities to successfully meet all established metrics and quality standards in line with CMS and Aetna compliance and business requirements. Responsibilities will include: * Managing a team of claim processors and overseeing daily operations for the adjudication of Medicare claims on the HRP system in accordance with claim processing guidelines. * Manage employee performance and development. * Identifies risks and barriers and collaborates with business partners to improve processes. * Coaches and mentors team members, assisting with complex questions and customer interactions. * Acts as liaison between staff and other areas, communicating workflow results, ideas, and solutions. * Completes various business reports, including tracking, trending and results. * Works with the Medicare leadership team to allocate resources to meet daily capacity and performance standards. * Builds a cohesive team through collaboration, inclusion, and diverse thinking. * Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Note: Our Supervisor positions in Medicare are not limited to Front-End Claims. These positions can support various Medicare workstreams as determined by business need. This can be either FE Claims, Specialty work or our Rework team. *Required Qualifications* * Leadership experience   * Successful Coaching history * Inventory management. * Excellent verbal and written communication. * Advanced Excel Skills *Preferred Qualifications* * Claims processing * Previous Healthcare Experience   *Education* Associates or equivalent experience *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $40,600.00 - $85,100.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
