As a Technical Product Owner in CVS Digital, you will work in a fast-paced environment. You will manage an important part of our Digital Shared Services Platform (DSSP). The idea behind DSSP is to have a self-service component that allows engineers to easily spin up, configure, and deploy application infrastructure without depending on a central operations team. As a candidate, you will have a strong understanding of what is needed to scale DevOps practices. You will work with internal IT cohorts to define standardized processes, methods, and tools that accelerate the delivery of our engineering teams. These are primarily front-end web and mobile applications, so a technical background in client software engineering is highly desired.

Your primary role will be to support your product team(s) in delivering high-quality solutions; act as a bridge between architecture, design, engineering, and product management teams, connecting all groups and ensuring inter-dependencies are understood, deriving the roadmap.

-Understand customer requirements and decompose them into features, user stories, and tasks. Manage and prioritize the product backlog, participate in scrums and meta-scrums, and validate solutions.
-Act as a subject matter expert for your team, with the ability to perform a technical demonstration.
-Ability to clearly articulate what is being built and why.
-Understand, assess, and ensure that the scrum team delivery is aligned to reference architecture.
-Lead or collaborate with digital leadership in key product decision-making, including customer requirements gathering, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of approval processes.
-Own product lifecycle from start to finish and evangelize your products and platform.Partner with the engineering team to define, track and test user stories in an agile software development life cycle toward achieving high-quality results.
-Collaborate with Product Management and peers to integrate your products as part of a cohesive platform offering.
-Manage and communicate risks that impede your team's success; escalate to the Product Manager to level set or resolve as necessary.

-2+ years of experience building web or mobile experiences.
-2+ years of experience writing measurable and actionable user stories.
-2+ years of experience working for a large, corporate organization that supports internal developer needs.
-5+ years of experience working in a leadership role in a SAFe Agile or Agile. Leadership preferred to be Product Owner, Product Manager, Scrum Master, and RTE. Open to Lead Engineer roles as well.
-Basic understanding of qualitative and quantitative research practices.
-Must be comfortable with public speaking.
-Facilitating customer panels focused on improving outcomes.
-Experience working with modern CI/CD tools.
-Experience with best practices around web and mobile app delivery.
-Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable tasks.

SAFE Certifications and commensurate cloud and/or devops platform technology experience is preferred.
