 The Highlights:

Under direction, implement, support, tune, monitor, and document enterprise-wide end user computing environments. Maintain operational knowledge of supported technologies and actively contribute to team goals. The Infrastructure Operations team is responsible for the following enterprise-wide services: directory services, messaging, network file and print services, identity management, software distribution and desktop design and management.

 

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Familiar with the following Microsoft 365 Administration/engineering:
    • Microsoft Exchange Online
    • Microsoft Teams
    • OneDrive and SharePoint
    • Microsoft Defender
    • Conditional Access Policies
    • Licensing
  • Have experience preforming Messaging Administration (Exchange Online/Google Workspace)
  • Understand and be able to implement Single Sign-on (SAML/OIDC)
  • Familiar with Identity Management and account lifecyclesBe able to administer Windows Server 2012R2 and newer
  • Have experience configuring Active Directory
    • GPO
    • OU
    • Schema Extensions
  • Knowledge of Microsoft PowerShell
  • Required to be on call 24/7 on a rotating schedule. 
  • Occasionally requires off hours work, including nights and weekends.
