The Highlights:
Reporting to the Director, the Recruitment Technology Specialist serves as an internal consultant to the admission offices regarding utilizing the Technolutions Slate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system in the operations of recruitment and admission of prospective students.
S/he will serve as the functional expert for Slate's ongoing utilization and maintenance in the admission offices, working primarily with undergraduate admission leadership to incorporate the software's diverse feature set into the office's student recruitment and admission practices with a focus on maximizing user-system effectiveness in pursuit of achieving enrollment goals.
S/he will also work with the Recruitment Systems and Technology team to ensure proper ongoing CRM software enhancement and development.
S/he will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive set of web experiences (portals) within the Technolutions Slate CRM.
What You'll Do:

Serve as the undergraduate admissions office's functional lead for the Slate ongoing maintenance and utilization by the undergraduate admission office. As an internal consultant, be an expert on the Slate CRM software functionality and utilize knowledge of the system, as well as knowledge of undergraduate recruitment and admission practices to influence office operating processes (such as Travel, File Review, Event Management, reporting) and practices in order to influence the office's maximum and optimal usage of the tool's functionality and the achievement of the undergraduate admission enrollment metrics and goals. Work in conjunction with the Recruitment Systems and Technology team to ensure proper enhancement development and configuration of the software to meet undergrad admission business needs.

Leads the maintenance and continuous development the Slate Reader process (including bin structure, bin movement automation, review forms, and other work flow automations) for all the graduate admission offices.

Build and maintain interactive, personalized web portals within the Technolutions Slate environment to support a variety of enrollment management initiatives and audiences, including but not limited to prospective students and families (from prospect development to enrollment)

Serves as the coordinator for program changes in the undergraduate Slate environment, working as the primary contact on the Recruitment Systems and Technology team to gather information on program changes from the undergraduate admission offices and work in-conjunction with internal colleagues to ensure appropriate prompts, applications, forms, communications, and review processes are updated to reflect these changes.

Maintain data integrity and troubleshoot issues that occur in CRM and affect or are impacted by SIS. This includes datafeed delays, payment statuses, portal messaging, decision release, data integrity and completion through internal audits identified by deficiencies in our processing, and maintaining processes that require updated data for day-to-day business processes.

Serves as the primary trainer for undergraduate admission offices' staff, providing ongoing training for both current and future Slate processes focusing on maximizing the knowledge and abilities of the end user within Slate.

Education: Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years experience in college Freshman and/or Transfer admission, including direct experience in marketing and/or recruitment practices.

Strong project management experience and evidence of progressive responsibility, strongly desired.

Direct experience with admission communications (direct mail, search, electronic communications, publications, etc.), preferred.
