**Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Health Aide (HHA) - Part-Time/PRN All Shifts**
**Location:** Baker Place Senior Living
**Job Type:** Part-Time/PRN
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver outstanding personal care and support to clients in accordance with their care plans.
- Assist clients with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Help clients with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Support clients with range-of-motion exercises and physical therapy activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy living environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals regarding client care.
- Follow established protocols and procedures for patient care and safety.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA).
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ethical standards and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
