**Job Summary:**
As a Concierge/Admin Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and guests, providing outstanding service and administrative support. Your primary responsibilities will include managing inquiries, coordinating appointments, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the office.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Guest Services:**
- Greet and assist guests and clients with check-in/check-out processes.
- Provide information about the company's services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
2. **Administrative Support:**
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and transactions.
3. **Communication:**
- Serve as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and external contacts.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external communications as needed.
4. **Facility Management:**
- Oversee the front desk area, ensuring it is well-presented and welcoming.
- Monitor office supplies, coordinating with suppliers for inventory management.
5. **Problem-Solving:**
- Address and resolve guest issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with management to enhance guest experiences and improve services.
6. **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and outstanding customer service.
- Assist in training new staff on administrative procedures and guest service standards.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality or business administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in a concierge, front desk, or administrative role; experience within [specific industry, if applicable] is preferred.
