GENERAL SUMMARY:
Business Leadership Program Associates will be involved in a two-year rotational program that includes four separate six-month MBA-level opportunities within store operations, supply chain, merchandising, and finance. In addition to learning the fundamentals and responsibilities of assigned departments, BLP associates will take on high-visibility and high-priority projects or initiatives that will make a direct impact to the organization's success.
DUTIES and ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Own strategic projects and create and execute business growth strategies
- Conduct analysis on industry trends to inform strategic priorities
- Develop relationships with business partners and use influential communications to achieve project goal
- Provide recommendations on action plans and launch strategies
- Engage in development opportunities that build business acumen and develop professional skillset
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS:
- Robust organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and strong interpersonal skills
- Exposure to advanced analytics and reporting highly preferred
- Critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to adapt to changing environments and work demands
- Project management skills and an ability to manage/execute on full project timelines
WORK EXPERIENCE and/or EDUCATION:
- Second year MBA Students with a 2024 expected graduation date
- 2-5 years of work experience prior to your MBA
- Proven leadership experience and a passion for Serving Others
WORKING CONDITIONS and PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
- Work Location: Corporate office in Goodlettsville, TN (relocation provided).
- Hybrid option available, if preferred. 5-10% travel for onsite events at the corporate office.
