General Summary:
The Creative Project Manager role is responsible for the management and delivery of DGMN creative and for serving as the Ops lead of internal creative processes and needs to support and help scale the DGMN's business
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Act as project manager for DGMN's creative projects, ensuring smooth execution of creative needs for client campaigns
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and DGMN's creative studio to develop, document and execute new processes/ways of working designed to drive creative efficiencies, reduce roadblocks and deliver client (internal and external) satisfaction for all things creative
- Support and steward processes to ensure efficient creative workstreams for DG Media Network
- Interface directly with clients to serve as creative strategist and ensure creative needs and deliverables are met
- Ensure client enablement, resources, and tools are in place for ideal ways of working
- Shepard a ‘client focused' and ‘one team' culture, balancing client needs with organizational goals
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Superior project management and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver prioritized outcomes
- Experience working with external creative partners and agencies
- Understanding of digital media, branding, and creative processes
- Self-motivated, high-capacity individual with intellectual curiosity and a strong familiarity with the digital environment
- Highly detail-oriented, self-starter, independent worker with critical thinking skills
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite and project management tools; familiarity with Monday.com and FTP a bonus
- Possess a growth mindset with an ability to think critically and flexibility to adapt quickly to change
Qualifications
Work Experience &/or Education:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Retail Media Network experience is preferred; digital media, CPG, agency experience is a bonus
- 1-3 years of project management experience in an agency or in-house creative team, working on a cross functional team with both internal and external relationships
