General Summary:

Supports the Compliance Department in the implementation of Store Ops initiatives by collecting and coordinating various information between stores, field management, and 3rd parties.

Job Details:

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • Coordinates sending compliance communications that drive individual store activities, while also managing the collection and tracking of responses as required.
  • Maintains and updates a detailed database, ensuring timely entry, and proper categorization for reporting and compliance purposes 
  • Communicate with stores and field leaders to share information about non-compliance issues and provide clear next steps to support resolution.
  • Serves as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies, managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence via mail, email, and phone to ensure timely and accurate communication.
  • Tracks and reports on the progress of compliance initiatives

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with differing deadlines.
  • Ability to describe complex issues in a clear manner, whether verbally or in writing, as appropriate for the needs of the audience.
  • Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Word).
Qualifications:

Work Experience &/or Education:

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of office experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
