DriveTime Family of Brands includes in-house financing and servicing through Bridgecrest, which is one of the country's leading financial servicing providers. Bridgecrest services roughly $17 billion in finance receivables for DriveTime and other third parties. We service auto loans across a wide credit spectrum with the intent of creating a strong path to vehicle ownership for our customers.

That's Nice, But What's the Job?

General Summary: What business need will this position fill?

A Manager, Loan Servicing is responsible for leading a team of Loan Advisors to meet and exceed individual and team collections-related goals. This includes, but is not limited to: assessing day-to-day performance, quality of work, and goal setting.

Job Functions: What will be required in the role?

  • Provides proactive, results-driven leadership to guide the team toward optimal performance, aligned with DriveTime's vision, mission, and core values.
  • Oversees and evaluates Loan Advisor performance, ensuring adherence to operational standards, regulatory compliance, and overall effectiveness.
  • Utilizes tools—including dashboards, account reviews, side-by-side coaching, and call monitoring—to assess and elevate team performance.
  • Establishes and communicates clear daily goals and strategies, designed to optimize both short-term efficiency and long-term success.
  • Delivers ongoing training and targeted coaching, ensuring consistent alignment with company policies, procedures, and performance expectations.
  • Leads communication efforts during change management initiatives, fostering team understanding, engagement, and alignment with evolving business practices.
  • Encourages open, two-way communication, promoting a culture of feedback, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Provides individualized coaching and performance management, addressing areas of opportunity to support growth and accountability.
  • Mentors and develops high-potential team members, equipping them with the skills, experiences, and responsibilities to support their professional growth and career progression.
  • Identifies and escalates opportunities for operational improvement in loan and collections processes, driving greater efficiency, responsiveness, and service quality through enhanced workflows and resource optimization.

Work Experience/Education: Minimum education and/or experience requirements necessary to perform this job.

  • High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of management experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Knowledge of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act is a plus
  • Fully onsite role in our Fort Worth, TX office.

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 75% of the time.

  • Frequently communicate with internal and external customers. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
  • This position could require moving objects up to 20 pounds.
