What's Under the Hood

DriveTime Family of Brands includes in-house financing and servicing through Bridgecrest, which is one of the country's leading financial servicing providers. Bridgecrest services roughly $17 billion in finance receivables for DriveTime and other third parties. We service auto loans across a wide credit spectrum with the intent of creating a strong path to vehicle ownership for our customers.

That's Nice, But What's the Job?

In short, as Director, Loan Servicing you will be responsible for overseeing, training and developing Managers and Senior Managers in Loan Servicing. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure we provide the best possible experience to our customers. Create strategies based on the review of delinquency, loss reports, and delinquent accounts.

In long, our Director, Loan Servicing,  you are responsible for: 

  • Develop and implement collection strategies to minimize delinquency rates and maximize recovery of delinquent loans

  • Lead and manage the collections team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure departmental goals are met.

  • Oversees and completes all projects as assigned. Keeps management apprised of all critical issue

  • Be a knowledgeable resource in matters related to our business.

The Specifics

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • 5+ years of Leadership experience managing multiple teams, multi-site management experience preferred

  • Experience with leadership development 

  • Demonstrated ability to build effective teams and motivate employees

  • Strong initiative, drive, and strategic planning skills

  • Willingness to set and maintain high standards of performance

  • Strong technical, interpersonal, and management skills

  • Exhibit an understanding of the auto industry, our competitors, and the business climate
