EECU is looking for an Indirect Dealer Marketing Representative that will be responsible for calling on prospective and active auto dealerships within the Collin, Dallas, Parker, and Tarrant Counties market. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing EECU's Indirect Lending program and acquiring additional new dealerships in order to continue quality loan growth for EECU's Indirect Automobile Lending Program.

Key responsibilities for the Indirect Dealer Marketing Representative include assisting in cultivating and maintaining the relationships with all indirect automobile dealerships, encouraging all indirect dealerships to transmit loan requests to EECU in order for EECU to capture the financing, and helping ensure EECU's Indirect Auto Program remains competitive. This position will provide daily reports to Indirect Operations Manager specifying all pertinent market conditions to be used by the Indirect Lending management to make necessary changes to EECU's Indirect Lending Program. This position will gather other data in order to develop and create trend analysis of competing indirect lenders in the DFW market and use that data to help obtain additional loans from various dealerships. The successful candidate will communicate EECU's program with current and new dealerships, so dealerships stay up to date with EECU's program offerings. This position will work directly with Dealerships with any funding issues and/or any decisions facilitated by the Underwriters that did not meet the necessary requirements, while also working closely with the Indirect Funders on outstanding loan items. The Indirect Dealer Marketing Representative will be responsible for ensuring EECU meets yearly indirect production goals, assisting in future indirect lending budget proposals, and assisting in developing new concepts for Preferred Dealer Program. This position will be required to develop and execute all marketing promotions and dealership appreciation events. Responsibilities also include monthly contact with dealerships on production and updating EECU's website with EECU's Preferred Dealerships list.

Responsible for compliance of all Federal and State rules and regulations pertaining but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Bribery Act, NCUA Privacy Regulations, Reg B, Reg Z, Service Members Civil Relief, and FCRA/FACTA. Required to attend initial and ongoing annual Bank Secrecy Act training.

Candidates for EECU should possess the following knowledge and experience:

· 7-10 yeas indirect auto lending and or banking experience

· Must possess a strong sales ability, preferably in an indirect environment

· Must be goal oriented, and be disciplined with time management

· Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Must be knowledgeable of lending criteria and regulations and able to effectively educate dealers

· Extremely detailed, able to handle a fast-paced atmosphere

· Must be extremely knowledgeable in Word and Excel

· Must have strong analytical skills, and be computer proficient

· College degree or equivalent work experience required
