Preferred Location: St. Charles, MO We don't just build technology. We build hope for everyone dealing with cancer.The position includes the review, qualifications, scheduling & processing through of all Global Software orders for manufacturing and shipping. Quote support is provided to the international regions when needed. Updates and testing of software CPQ quoting modules are provided to the CPQ Support team when needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:The review, qualify, adjust, and schedule for processing Software product orders in the ERP systems.
Communicate / support all Business Unit globally to understand and meet customer expectation regarding order execution.
Daily tasks may include receiving & vetting quote proposals and/or customer orders, clarifying information, adjusting customer orders, and scheduling for order processing.
Responsible for creating, populating, and maintaining the customer files as required by Elekta Quality Management System.
Submitting updates/new items and testing of the software CPQ quoting module.
Other duties may be assigned when needed.
WHAT YOU BRING?
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Employees must be able to read, speak, write, and comprehend the English language.
Proficiency in MS Office – word, excel and outlook.
Experience with CRM & ERP systems preferred.
Knowledge of medical quality standard ISO13485 preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and speaking English.
Eagerness to work in a multi-national organization. A foreign language is not required.
Ability to adhere to defined processes and procedures in accordance with the Quality System.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work overtime if necessary.
Eagerness and facility for learning complex business environment IT tools and related medical device.
Acceptance of clerical duties, such as filing/archiving.

The US base salary range for this position is $68,000- $72,000.
