Description
We are seeking a versatile and dependable Shop Operations Assistant to support a range of operational activities within our team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day functions and maintaining effective communication across departments. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, organized, and capable of handling a variety of tasks in a dynamic environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Supporting internal processes and workflows
- Assisting with documentation and recordkeeping
- Coordinating logistics and general order-related tasks
- Facilitating communication between teams and external partners
- Contributing to inventory and supply-related activities
- Participating in cross-functional initiatives as needed
- Communicating with customers, both via Teams and email, in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Familiarity with basic office software and digital tools
- Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus
