Job Summary:
The Assistant Nurse Manager acts as a first line manager in assuming responsibility for the clinical manager of assigned staff on a designated shift. As such, he/she has shift responsibility and accountability for patient care activities and supports and extends the administrative leadership provided by the Nurse Manager. She/he regularly uses her/his independent judgment in connecting with her/his managerial responsibilities.

Job Essentials: 3 years of MCH experience required. 2-3 years NICU experience required.
Education Requirements: BSN required, Masters degree and Certification in Specialty preferred.
License/Certification/Registry: NJRN, BLS, NRP required.
Englewood Health provides a minimum rate to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation.
