Job Summary:
Responsible for oversight of all off-campus hospital outpatient departments, currently including Englewood Hospital Imaging at Fair Lawn, Englewood Hospital Imaging at Emerson (AMI), Magnus Imaging, Cardiac Imaging Centers at Fair Lawn, Pompton Plains, and Woodland Park, and any developed future sites (e.g., Jersey City). Works with medical leadership and other administrative leaders to optimize performance, including volume, efficiency, quality and safety, and patient experience. Develops plans for new sites and accountable for meeting business plan expectations.The ideal candidate will bring a strong level of operational expertise to the role, ensuring quality services are provided across departments in a manner that  meets or exceeds reguatory and accreditation standards. Drafts budget for operations and capital purchases; maintains financial performance in line with budget including compiling and/or monitoring operational metrics, including, but not  limited to labor utilization and productivity, expense variance, volume, and patient satisfaction. Collaborates with team members across the organization to support the provision of high quality patient care.

Job Essentials:

  • Must have a minimum of two (2) years managerial experience, preferably in the Diagnostic Imaging field and/or outpatient services

  • Clinical background preferred (Radiology Technologist, RN, or other professional); prior experience in management of clinical operations considered

  • Excellent communication and management skills to address multiple constituencies and resolve complex issues

  • Exemplifies standards for excellence

 

Education:

  • Bachelors' degree required; Masters degree, MBA preferred 

 

Certifications:

  • NJ State License
  • Must be registered with the ARRT
