Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Lead Guest Reception Representative and the Director of Volunteer Services, the Guest Reception Representative: 

• Provides exceptional customer service by answering a high volume of visitor inquiries promptly and accurately.

• Offers clear and concise directions to various locations within the hospital.

• Issues visitor passes efficiently while maintaining security protocols.

• Delivers general assistance to all visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.

Education Requirements:

• High School Graduate or Equivalent required.
• College Degree preferred.
