Description

Under general supervision, and according to well defined policies and procedures, the Call Center Representative schedules imaging services including radiology, AMI, and the Breast Center and potentially other imaging departments. Performs computer data entry and other record keeping tasks related to the patients' appointments. Exhibits Service Excellence Standards at all times and incorporates into all interactions.

Hours: Monday and Tuesday 9:00am – 3:00pm

Job Essentials:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years related experience required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with professional appearance.
  • Ability to function independently.
  • Clerical, data entry, and computer skills required.
  • Demonstrates appropriate and courteous telephone etiquette during telephone exchanges.
  • Relays essential phone messages.
  • Demonstrates effective communication skills with patients, co-workers, physicians and Medical Center Staff.
  • Ability to accurately schedule appointments.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment that has frequent changes in priorities, policies and requirements.
  • Flexibility and ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail with organizational skills and an ability to multi-task with speed and accuracy.


Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
