Job Summary:

Englewood Health has a wonderful full-time Medical Assistant/Receptionist opportunity available at Urgent Care of Cresskill.  The incumbent will be responsible for fulfilling both administrative and clinical duties delegated by the medical/clinical staff.  The Medical Assistant/Receptionist will perform various front office and back office patient care duties. More specifically, this position will assist with flow of patients from the waiting area to exam rooms and perform preparatory work on patients to ensure efficient use of the Physician's time. 

 

This position is based in the lovely downtown area of Cresskill, NJ.  The center has a cohesive and supportive staff!  This is a full-time, 40 hour per week role and the incumbent will work a 4-day work week, including 1 weekend day (Sat or Sun).  In addition, this opportunity comes with extremely comprehensive and affordable benefits with medical, dental, vision and prescription plans available to the new hire, the first of the month following his/her start date.  Englewood Health is considered an Employer of Choice.

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Successful completion of a Medical Assistant Program


License/Certification/Registry:

  • CMA/RMA preferred; EKG Certified & Phleb Certifed preferred.  BLS required.
