Job Summary:
The Senior IT Support Analyst is responsible for project management of technical projects and coaching/mentoring other support analysts on complex projects/issues. The Senior IT Support Analyst coordinates and assists the team lead to make sure projects are on track and team members are assigned tasks.

Job Essentials: The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies.
- The Senior IT Support Analyst provides effective coverage and support for Englewood Health System's main hospital campus and hospital outpatient departments.
- Develops and supports technologies for end point devices that flow the IT EH Standards. Components include the Microsoft Operating Systems, Application Delivery, Remote Access, Audio Visual technology and all related hardware.
- Individual will work to evolve and to continually improve our technology by evaluating new solutions
- Monitor support ticketing queue for urgent technical issues and directly addresses complicated support calls that are escalated by the team members.
- Ensures the organizational employees are working at their optimal best on desktops, laptops, handheld communication devices and other technical equipment specific to department.
- Must answer every call in a professional manner from all employees or customers of Englewood Health System.
- Must have skills to troubleshoot, resolve software and hardware related problems over the phone.
- Must be able to provide training to the end user when requested on new technology.
- Assist with tasks and IT project and making sure deadlines are met.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education Requirements:

High school degree is required. Bachelor's Degree is preferred

Two years of experience in an IT support position is required

Executive/Physician technical support experience is a plus.

Proficient in planning and estimating, great organizational and communication skills, leadership and technical proficiency required.

Demonstrated abilities to work with team members.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Strong project management skills, including program start up experience.

Superior communication and presentation skills.

Working knowledge of Excel and Word; knowledge of Power Point and Access.

Strong relationship building

Experience with Networking technology

VIP support experience a plus
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Busy working health care environment with daily exposure to IT hardware and related equipment.
- May involve some physical effort as necessary when involved in installing, moving, or removing devices.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
- Reports directly to IT Manager or Director.

The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation.
