Position Description

ENSCO is seeking an innovative, creative, and highly motivated individual to support the U.S. Space Force, Space Systems Command's MILSATCOM Program through the MILSATCOM Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (MSEIT) contract. This position, located in El Segundo, CA, will support a diverse set of strategic MILSATCOM systems and infrastructure in a multidisciplinary and collaborative environment.
• Master Schedule (IMS) for the program, incorporating data from multiple sources such as Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) planning, program partner schedulers and subcontract schedules.
• Support the management of detailed and master schedules, including analyzing and maintaining critical paths and summary level schedules.
• Support and participate in monthly schedule briefings on program status and program health for both internal and external customers including the executive management team
• Prepare and coordinate monthly CDRL deliveries to the customer of the IMS and related documents, utilizing the DI-MGMT-81661 Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) process
• Support in-person meetings approximately 1 to 2 days a week.

Qualifications Required
• 1-3 years experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project scheduling software, Full Monte, Milestones Professional
• Familiarity with developing and maintaining one pager summary level schedules.
• Familiarity with scheduling processes such as using scheduling software, Confluence
• Familiarity with utilizing planning and scheduling best practices DCMA 32 guidelines Comprehension of managing schedules, while analyzing and maintaining critical paths and summary level schedules
• Familiarity with Integrating subcontractors' schedules, and schedule risk assessments (SRAs)
• ABILITY TO OBTAIN AND MAINTAIN A DOD SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE FOR WHICH, YOU MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN

Qualifications Desired
• Bachelor's degree
• Familiarity with managing and integrating sub-contract schedules.
• Potential to get certification for PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) or PMI Project Managements Professional (PMP).
• Experience in the aerospace industry
• Experience working in DoD space programs
• Experience working in an SE&I environment
• Due to security requirements, work is required to be on-site in a secure facility
