The EAM Analyst ensures the integrity and completeness of asset and maintenance data within the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system. This role focuses on identifying data gaps, inconsistencies, and governance issues, and communicating actionable insights to leadership and operations teams. The analyst collaborates with MX representatives, Operations, and IT to support continuous improvement in data quality and reliability. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and validate EAM asset data for accuracy and completeness, including:
- Asset attributes and criticality
- Preventive maintenance plans
- Bills of materials
- Geolocation information
- Identify data gaps, anomalies, and inconsistencies; report findings to leadership with clear recommendations.
- Monitor compliance with data governance standards and support corrective actions.
- Organize and analyze reliability, maintenance, and operations data from multiple sources to support MX objectives.
- Provide ad-hoc reports and summaries highlighting data quality issues and trends.
- Recommend improvements to data structure, governance processes, and maintenance practices.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).
- 3–7 years of experience in maintenance management or asset management systems.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and ability to write SQL queries.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and familiarity with Oracle EAM or similar systems.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and visualization for reporting purposes (Power BI or similar tools).
- Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and influencing corrective actions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a dynamic environment.
