Enterprise Products Partners L.P. is one of the largest publicly traded partnerships and a leading North American provider of midstream energy services to producers and consumers of natural gas, NGLs, crude oil, refined products and petrochemicals. Our services include: natural gas gathering, treating, processing, transportation and storage; NGL transportation, fractionation, storage and import and export terminals; crude oil gathering, transportation, storage and terminals; petrochemical and refined products transportation, storage and terminals; and a marine transportation business that operates primarily on the United States inland and Intracoastal Waterway systems. The partnership's assets include approximately 50,000 miles of pipelines; 260 million barrels of storage capacity for NGLs, crude oil, refined products and petrochemicals; and 14 billion cubic feet of natural gas storage capacity.
The Transportation Analyst owns the management of all rate-sensitive data. The role is responsible for internal and external communication involving customer service, accounts receivable, and invoicing disputes. This role is the intermediary between commercial, operations and the invoicing department.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing freight rate quotes for new and existing business.
- Managing all contract data within internal systems.
- Routine management of fuel surcharge tariffs.
- Performing scheduled analysis of contracted rates and provide recommendations to commercial team.
- Addressing customer inquiries and assist with resolution of disputes in a professional manner.
- Coordinating between internal AR team and customers for dispute resolution
- Other related tasks as required.
Requirements
The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:
- A minimum of a high school diploma or G.E.D equivalent is required. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or Communications is preferred.
- Must maintain a high degree of care and diligence in protecting the confidentiality.
- Must be able to work independently, set priorities, meet deadlines, solve problems, and satisfy commitments.
- Strong written and oral communication skills are necessary for interacting with all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including basic functions and pivot tables to summarize, evaluate, reconcile, and report data is a plus.
