The Intermediate Customer Supplier Data Management Specialist maintains the Vendor/Customer databases and is responsible for related activities such as maintenance, setup, 1099 type determination, and W-9/W-8 forms in accordance with internal policy and procedures, SOX policies and regulations.  Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Database analysis and cleanup
  • Responsible for monitoring multiple electronic requests ie. (Email, WFR, ARS, iSupplier) for research, set up and maintenance of counterparty data
  • Responsible for vetting and the creation of new banking set ups and changes
  • Ability to communicate effectively with external and internal customers regarding new party creations and issue resolution
  • Ability to research and identify fraud using internal tools and subscriptions
  • Other duties/projects as identified/developed
  • Monitor daily/weekly reports as needed


The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:

  • Covid vaccine is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience is required.
  • Previous experience working with Customers, Suppliers, and the Supply Chain/Purchasing area is preferred.
  • Current knowledge of fraud detection and prevention is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle or similar ERP system is required.
  • Knowledge of Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables processes is preferred.
  • Experience with 1099 processes a plus.
  • Must have effective analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and effectively multi-task and prioritize the work in a rapidly changing environment is required.
  • Good written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills are required.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and good teamwork skills are required.
