Valley Anesthesiology Consultants, an Envision Physician Services practice, seeks CRNAs to join our team of dedicated professionals at Banner Gateway Medical Center. This facility is in Gilbert, Arizona, a southeast suburb of metropolitan Phoenix and one of the fastest-growing cities in the country!

Highlights of this opportunity include:

• Competitive base salary starting at $220K plus premium pay and call compensation. Total annual compensation ranging from $235K-$350K+
• $50K Start Date Bonus
• Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, CME, and PTO
• Reimbursement for all licensing fees and AANA dues
• Variety of schedules with a mix of AM/PM and weekend shifts
• Anesthesia Care Team comprised of approximately 17 physicians and 17 CRNAs
• CRNAs experience a case mix including General, Ortho, OB, Regional, Bariatrics, ENT, GI, and Plastics. No heads or hearts
• FT, PT, and PRN Positions Available

Banner Gateway Medical Center is a 60-acre campus serving patients in the Southeast Valley. The hospital offers 286 private rooms, 14 main OR suites & an emergency department with 43 private treatment rooms. The annual surgical volume is approximately 17,000 to 19,000 cases. The case mix includes General, Ortho, OB, Thoracic, Regional, Bariatrics, ENT, GI, and rare healthy Peds. There are no heads, hearts, trauma, or vascular.
