JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking for our team an energetic Producer /InsideSales for Small Commercial (Main Street), this will be a production role. In this role, you will be responsible for quoting and selling new business within our Main Street (Small Commercial) unit.  Leads and referrals will be provided.   We offer a pleasant work environment, long-term career growth potential, competitive salary, excellent benefits, and 401k.

 

LOCATION: Hybrid role, can be located at any Epic Brokers office across the US.

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Act quickly to respond to client referrals to quote and bind the small commercial business
  • Utilize and maintain EPIC's CRM system (Nexsure) to EPIC standards
  • Must adhere to all new business protocols, workflows, standards, and procedures
  • Using our comparative rating platform or carrier websites to quote and present new business opportunities to new clients, use of wholesalers as needed
  • Attend all educational, training, and other sessions as directed by EPIC
  • Become client advisor to our new business prospects
  • Maintain accurate records according to EPIC guidelines.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

 

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Property & Casualty license required
  • Five years commercial experience in marketing, placement, service or sales
  • Full knowledge of Commercial Property & Casualty lines of coverage and services.
  • Display strong financial background and understanding of financial underwriting concepts as well as analytical knowledge related to Property Casualty.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

 

COMPENSATION: 

The national average annual salary rate for this role is $70,000.00 to $75,000.00, exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications, and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
